Now in its fourth decade, the Press is recognized internationally as the premier publisher of Irish poetry in North America. Its catalog includes many of Ireland’s foremost poets as well as a new generation of younger writers. In individual volumes as well as in ground-breaking anthologies, the Press literally brings Ireland to America; an Ireland that has been dramatically transformed into a more cosmopolitan society, yet one that still retains its traditional concerns of national identity, faith, politics, and the importance and primacy of language.
